I should start this review by saying that I have an absolute phobia of tooth extractions, based on bad experiences when I was younger. So i was extremely nervous about a procedure that i needed, even though Klaudia Tombolis has done plenty of excellent dental work for me in the past. I was trembling when I got in the chair but I should not have worried -the process was fast, comfortable and painless. Klaudia is not just a technically superior dentist -she's an extremely empathetic practitioner who listens carefully and keeps you informed and reassured at every step of the way. Working alongside Kruti, these professionals have worked an absolute miracle on my mouth. I am more comfortable, less afraid of future work and i cannot recommend them, and this practice highly enough.

I been there today as a walk in patient with out appointment, I had tooth pain for two days.They were welcoming me, respecting my pain and gave me enough time despite it was busy clinic .They treated me very well with high quality and amazing service since admission to the reception till I get discharged.Thank you very much 👍🏼👍🏼

Great experience and great results! I had been looking for a place to get my teeth whitened for a while and this is now my go-to! The place is nicely decorated and clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful and the massage chairs were relaxing! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get your teeth whitened.

I had a great experience! It was a comfortable chair that they put me in for a simple protocol. It was clean & quick & gave me great results! They were very pleasant and I didn't feel boring while waiting. The vitamin boost at the end took away any gum tingling. My teeth were already pretty white, I still got great results!

I just like to say Thank You to them. They did a great job on my teeth. Night and Day difference. I wish I knew about them sooner. They is willing to go the extra mile to make you happy without the extra charge like the others. Other places are all about the money not about you being totally satisfied with the results. Others would have charged me double or triple to get the same results that they was able to achieve. They was very professional, concerned about my comfort, and made me very relaxed. I highly recommend you check them out before you make your final decision.

I came in for whitening and touch ups and I have been very happy with the treatment and service. People noticed the difference in my teeth, and the technicians showed my how many shades lighter my teeth were after treatment. The offices are clean and the staff are informative. I went to Carnaby Street Dental Practice to get my Perfect Smile 2 weeks ago. I recently went to them to get my teeth whitened. This was my first time getting this procedure done and I was pretty nervous. They made me feel very comfortable especially because dentist very knowledgeable. He explained the whole process and the the “why” behind it all. Excellent experience! I had my treatment completed at Carnaby Street Dental Practice and they did a great job. The staff was cheerful, professional and attentive from the moment I walked in the door. I loved the way my teeth were cleaned. It was so thorough and I love when the hygienist is that thorough. Their staff was pleasant, friendly and made me feel welcome and that I was in good hands with his staff and himself. My dental hygienist, is informed, kind, gentle and thorough. He helped me understand the nerve sensitivity that had been bothering one of my teeth and studiously avoided the area to spare me pain. Wonderful dentist and hygenist, I had an emergency extraction over the xmas holidays and decided to have my cleaning done in Jan with CSDP. Both were serviced superbly. The quality of the service was excellent and the cleaning was the best Ive had in ages (still licking my teeth). Decently priced but definitely worth what you pay.

My first time back in the office after months away and I needed to see the dentist urgently. The receptionist offered me an appointment on the day after speaking with me on the phone. Very calm and polite receptionist. When I arrived, they were all just as polite, friendly and professional. Took my temp as I entered, took me into the surgery and had my tooth sorted there and then. Extremely professional and I felt so relaxed given the circumstances. I would definitely recommend and will be using their services again. 5*!!

Having qualified from Otago Dental School in New Zealand in 1994 Sarah spent 15 years in the Waikato region of the North Island, owning her own successful practice for 5 of those years.

After moving to London in 2005 Sarah trained in Invisalign and then joined Carnaby Street Dental Practice – now over 12 years ago. Sarah is a general dentist with an interest in minimally invasive dentistry and Invisalign (giving you a great smile). Having trained in Invisalign in 2006 Sarah is our most experienced Invisalign Provider and uses the iTero 3D scanning system.

On seeing that digital dentistry was inevitable she made the move to digital scanning in January 2019 embracing the reimagining of processes, skills and concepts and has never looked back. For you the patient the advantage of using a 3D scanner is no gooey impression material and more accurately fitting Aligners, Crowns, Veneers, Inlays, Night Guards and Whitening Trays.

Using the scanner Sarah can provide you with an outcome simulation to show you how your teeth could look straight at your free Invisalign Assessment. She is also happy to provide a complimentary virtual Invisalign consultation on contacting the practice and providing photos :

Sarah prides herself on giving you a personal approach with honesty, comprehensive treatment planning, minimally invasive dentistry and using the latest 3D scanning technology. Having seen patients regularly, many for 12 years at Carnaby Dental Practice, she believes this forms strong relationships between her and her patients. Unlike some Invisalign Providers she will treat you from beginning to end without passing your care onto a therapist but personally treating you at every visit to her high standard of care.

In her personal life Sarah is married to Jonny a self-confessed IT geek and lives in leafy Wimbledon. To relax after swimming, aqua aerobics and pilates she is an avid crime reader and has started her own collection of recipes for her book called “Playing in the Kitchen” (which she admits will never be finished or published but she is always happy to share any recipes with you).
